Yes. A four-hour minimum applies to confirmed coverage.
How can a practice receive coverage rates?
Coverage rates and applicable service information are provided directly after a Request Coverage or Get Coverage Details form is submitted. Rates are not publicly listed because coverage needs vary by scheduling requirements.
Does submitting a Request Coverage form guarantee coverage?
No. Each request is reviewed for availability, location, scheduling requirements, and the type of support needed. Coverage is confirmed only once confirmation is provided.
What information is needed to request coverage?
Please provide the practice name and location, requested date and hours, contact information, and a brief description of the coverage needed. Patient-identifying or protected health information should not be submitted through the website.
What is the cancellation policy?
Confirmed coverage may be canceled without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are subject to the four-hour minimum at the applicable booked rate.

Yes. In addition to chairside coverage, support includes dental assistant onboarding, procedure preparation, operatory systems, sterilization flow, supply organization, and other practical clinical workflow needs.
