These Website Terms & Conditions (“Website Terms”) govern access to and use of chairsidecs.com (the “Website”), operated by Chairside Coverage Solutions LLC (“Provider”). By using the Website, you agree to these Website Terms.
1. Website Purpose
The Website provides information about Provider’s temporary dental-assisting and related clinical workflow support services and allows dental practices to submit inquiries or requests for coverage, onboarding, and training services. Website content is provided for general business information and does not create a confirmed engagement.
2. Coverage and Service Requests Are Inquiries Only
Submitting a Request Coverage form, contact form, email, or other inquiry does not guarantee availability, reserve a date, or create a service relationship.
An engagement is confirmed only after Provider accepts the requested date, time, location, service, and other applicable details and the dental practice completes the applicable agreement and confirmation process.
3. No Patient Information Through Public Forms
Do not submit patient protected health information (PHI), patient records, clinical images, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, or other sensitive patient information through the Website’s public inquiry, contact, or Request Coverage forms.
4. Accuracy of Information
Users are responsible for providing accurate and current information when submitting a request or contacting Provider.
Provider may decline or delay a request when information is incomplete, inaccurate, or insufficient to evaluate the requested engagement.
5. Website Content and Services
Website content may be updated, corrected, or changed without notice.
Descriptions of services are informational and remain subject to availability, applicable law, confirmed engagement details, and Provider’s Service Agreement & Terms of Engagement.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website’s original text, branding, graphics, logo elements, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Chairside Coverage Solutions LLC.
They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
7. Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Website operation or security, submit unlawful or fraudulent information, impersonate another person or business, introduce malicious code, or use the Website in a manner that violates applicable law.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may rely on or link to third-party services, including hosting, forms, email, electronic-signature, security, or other business-service providers.
Those third parties may have their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

Provider may modify, suspend, or discontinue Website features when reasonably necessary and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Website.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Provider is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, inability to access, or reliance on the Website.
This section does not alter obligations contained in a separately executed Service Agreement for a confirmed engagement.
11. Governing Law
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to These Website Terms
Provider may update these Website Terms as the Website or business practices change. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
